This study looks at a sample population of 2,475 U.S. consumers interested in personalized exercise and fitness from a population of 3,000 interested in personalized nutrition. It includes over 800 consumers who are currently participating in personalized exercise and fitness plans and nearly 500 of which have been using their plan for 6 months or more. We dig into attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors including supplement habits of these consumers. Our insights provide an understanding of how factors, like age, income, gender, behavior, and challenges consumers face, influence attitudes and product use, to help businesses design effective personalized offerings.
